Also in the mail was letters from the City of New York as well as other government agencies in New Jersey. Both were for missed court appearances for traffic violations. The one open warrant in New York City was taken care of, as I have written wrist watch parts about, when I was arrested in Manhattan recently for sneaking under the Turnstile to get on the subway at Grand Central because I had no money.
I had lunch with my mother a few weeks after that… This was the last time I saw her or spoke to her. She mentioned the open warrant in New Jersey, and scolded me for it… yet she did not bring me the mail that she read that was to inform me about the court date for the ticket I received there and the warrant that followed due to my failure to appear for that court date.

According to New York State Law, hospitals such as New York Presbyterian can hold patients for up to sixty days and longer, by court order if they feel it is necessary. Why my sister, my trusted Power of Attorney, who in her own mind was acting as my Power of Attorney, by retrieving my mail without my knowledge or consent… therefore illegally, would say such a thing is clearly insane.
Of course, those who have been reading know Tracy did not act alone. She had my mother, my brother Sean Patrick Kemery, my sister Tara Kemery, my cousin Timothy Britt Harmon and his wife Therese, and Paul Hobot plus other members of the Vasquez family guiding her, telling her what to do and when to do it… what to steal and what to keep… what to do that would make the chances of my death highly likely.

Mr. Turzilli is also my sole heir and beneficiary in the event of my death.
